Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our service process
How quickly can you complete my assignment?
Our turnaround times vary based on complexity and length. We can handle urgent deadlines as short as 6 hours for shorter assignments, 24-48 hours for essays and reports, and 3-7 days for complex projects like research papers or dissertations. Rush orders are available with priority handling.
What subjects and academic levels do you cover?
We provide assistance across all academic disciplines including Business, Engineering, Medicine, Law, Literature, Psychology, Mathematics, Sciences, and more. Our experts handle assignments from high school to PhD level, including undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral work.
How do you ensure the quality and originality of work?
Every assignment undergoes a rigorous 3-step quality process: expert completion by qualified professionals, thorough editing and proofreading, and plagiarism checking using advanced software. We guarantee 100% original, custom-written content with proper citations and references.
Can I communicate with my assigned expert?
Absolutely! We provide direct communication channels between you and your assigned expert. You can ask questions, provide additional instructions, request updates, and track progress throughout the entire process via our secure messaging system.
What if I'm not satisfied with the completed work?
We offer unlimited free revisions within 14 days of delivery to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you're still not happy after revisions, we provide a money-back guarantee. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind our work 100%.
Is my personal information and assignment details kept confidential?
Yes, we maintain strict confidentiality protocols. Your personal information, payment details, and assignment content are protected with bank-level encryption. We never share your data with third parties, and all work is treated with complete discretion and privacy.
What payment methods do you accept and when do I pay?
For online class help, proctored exams, and Honorlock exams, we require $0 upfront payment. You pay only after seeing results – weekly for online classes, or after exam completion. For Honorlock exams specifically, place your order via WhatsApp or Discord and pay only after the exam is done. For assignments and essays, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and cryptocurrency. Payment is processed securely through encrypted gateways.
Do you provide assistance with online classes and exams?
Yes, we offer comprehensive online class help including taking entire courses, completing weekly assignments, participating in discussions, taking quizzes and exams, and managing all coursework. Best of all, there's no upfront payment required – you pay weekly after reviewing your progress and grades. Our experts can handle your online classes while you focus on other priorities.
How does your Honorlock exam service work with no upfront payment?
For Honorlock proctored exams, we require no upfront or advance payment – you pay only after your exam is successfully completed. To place an order, simply contact us via WhatsApp (+1 408-709-4522) or Discord (homeworkguy100). Our Honorlock specialist will guide you through the software setup, you complete the ID verification and room scan yourself, and our expert handles the exam remotely. Once you receive your grade, you complete the payment. This zero-risk approach means you only pay when we deliver results.
What do I need for Honorlock exam assistance?
You'll need an external USB webcam (built-in laptop cameras don't work with our method) and you'll download two free software applications we provide. Our expert guides you through the entire setup process via WhatsApp or Discord before your exam. You handle the ID verification and room scan yourself – our specialist only begins working once the exam questions appear. We support all Honorlock-proctored subjects including math, statistics, anatomy, chemistry, physics, and more.
How do you match me with the right expert for my assignment?
Our matching system considers your subject area, academic level, assignment type, and specific requirements. We assign experts with relevant degrees, proven experience in your field, and a track record of delivering high-quality work in similar projects.
Can you help with urgent assignments due in a few hours?
Yes, we specialize in urgent assignments and have a dedicated team for rush orders. We can handle assignments due in as little as 6 hours, depending on length and complexity. Contact us immediately for urgent requests, and we'll do our best to accommodate your deadline.
